Management Fee

Management fee 10% of rents collected - We only get paid if you get paid!

Management Fee entails the responsibilities associated with the day to day management of your rental(s)

Leasing Fee

Half of the first months rent

This Fee includes the labor and resources used in professionally marketing your rental and procuring/signing a qualified tenant


Lease Renewal 

$150 Lease renewal fee only applicable with a 12 month lease

This Fee involves the services required to draw up and document an additional 12 month lease with current tenant

Management Service

  • Initial Inspection of your rental     (if applicable/vacant)
  • Rent Collection
  • Collecting, Reporting And Paying Applicable City Rental Tax
  • Supervising all maintenance requests and Vendor payments
  • Move Out Inspection After Vacancy Occurs

Leasing Service 

  • Marketing services provided through MLS along with numerous marketing websites including Drone Photography
  • Thorough background check conducted with credit check
  • Lease Execution
  • Supervising and Enforcing Lease Rules and Stipulations

Financial Services

  • Monthly Statements distributed by the 15th Of The Month
  • Distribution of all Rental Income initiated to your account no later than the 15th of each month
  • Direct Deposit (Electronic Payment Services) available to all owners
  • 1099 Preparation
